• Gear Ratio: Typically 1.75:1 (standard for TorqueMaster on V8 Pro XS models—optimized for high-speed performance).
• Propeller Shaft: 19 splines (heavy-duty 1.25" stainless steel—designed for demanding applications on these 175-300hp V8s; compatible with high-performance props—recommend Flo-Torq SSR HD hub kit #8M0101603 or equivalent for best results).
• Water Pump & Gasket Kit: Included (water pump not pre-installed—install during setup, add gear oil; base gasket kit provided for easy mounting).
• Drive Shaft: Not included—reuse your existing drive shaft (snaps in on these models). Contact us if a replacement is needed.
• Warranty: Comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Extend to 12 months for an additional $540.
• Core Policy: If returning a core (your old lower unit), credit is determined by condition inspection. Maximum core value for this lower unit is $200.
