Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days. Tracking info will be available on a per item basis as soon as we send item(s)
In Stock: Generally ships 3-4 days of order.
Out of Stock: Your order will ship once we have all of your items in stock. If anything needs to be ordered first from manufacturer the status will reflect this.
Shipments are not shipped on Weekends or Holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders your order may be delayed 1-2 business, however we will attempt to Communicate with you if we expect any delays. Typically all orders are shipped immediately we value your expectations on you receiving your item(s) fast. S
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically use USPS if you would like another service please contact us and we will work with you on the service you request.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Hawkeye Marine will not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO address and should be a verifiable address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your shipment is shipped you will receive confirmation and a tracking number.
Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
